The settlement of Wakefield in the Tasman District of New Zealand's South Island is located about 25km south west of Nelson.
Named after the “Snowball Trees” (Viburnum) that line the driveway leading up to Snowball Manor, we are just a 15 minute drive to Richmond and a 30 minute drive to Nelson central.
Nelson Tasman has become a “must do” cycling destination with the Great Taste Trail, Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park and other cycling tracks catering for all levels of cyclists easily accessible.
Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Nelson Lakes National Park, the beaches of Abel Tasman National Park, or the wilderness of Kahurangi National Park.
